Tiny Tim

This sweet little boy unfortunately found himself stranded in a high kill shelter in California, having to navigate a shelter system for ANY dog is highly stressful for them, but being one of the smallest dogs among the large & loud barking ones makes it even that much worse.

The worst part for this bundle of sweetness is...he was adopted, happy and excited to be out, but within a few days was returned to the shelter.
FOR "SHEDDING".
You read that right. The adopter wanted a no shedding dog. Since that's NOT what she got.... then the dog had to go.
Confused and once again afraid, shaking in his videos.
Our rescue is not a small dog rescue, but we were not going to make this sweet boy stay one more minute in that situation, we stepped up and snatched him up to get him to a more secure place, full of love and kindness.

How can you not love this little munchkin?
Walks well on a leash, loves to cuddle and gives endless kisses.
He would be so ever grateful to have a permanent & committed, loving home.
Due to his small size, we are looking for a single dog home or one with a female dog his size.

Teddy

Teddy is a young boy waiting for his perfect human. He LOVES attention. He walks well on a leash and just an overall great dog. He would do best with kids over 10yrs old. He is ready to go to his new home.
This boy has been waiting for his new family to arrive and take him to his forever home.
If you are a runner or take daily walks, you are a perfect match.
Attentive to handler. He would benefit from some training to give him structure & boundaries.
Teddy is sweet and full of life! He is ready for those next adventures with a family who can give him forever kind of love

Buster

Buster is such a sweet boy & doesn't demand much. Just quietly exists and hopes for some human interaction & affection. He is respectful & takes direction well.
He does well with neutral dogs of medium energy level.
Walks well on the leash and is a dog that could walk into a home and "Just Fit".
Buster is everything you hope a dog would be he is sweet, affectionate, easy to handle, and full of life.
He allows all-over petting, leans into you for love, and just wants connection.
Not to mention he is also just cute as can be!
He is....Neutered, Vaccines are current, Microchipped, Crate Trained, Dog friendly, Great with Kids, but cats are unknown.

Creed

Creed is a GREAT dog.
He is NOT the high energy Malinois we have seen on YouTube, just a great well-balanced pet. He can be a little shy at first, but after being dumped in a high kill shelter, who wouldn't blame him for being somewhat apprehensive about trusting people. He very much exhibits behavior to want to trust & engage, needs someone with the patience & commitment to help guide him along. Once he trusts you, he is a velcro dog.
Please don't pass him by, she is a very sweet boy, just needs a chance to show his potential & shine!

Ebony

Ebony is the best dog. Even after being dumped in a high kill shelter with a litter of puppies, she is still so full of love and life. Puppies were adopted so now it's time for this sweet momma to find a loving home of her own. She is NOT the neurotic Malinois we have seen on YouTube, just a great well balanced pet. She has learned to walk well on a leash & engages with her person. She is great with kids. She has not had the best life so we are looking for a single dog home just so she can be spoiled as she so deserves. Stormy

If you are looking for a dog that is easy going, easy to maintain and does NOT need alot of activity...THIS is your girl. If you are a single or retired adult that would like to have a dog for companionship...THIS is your girl. If you are not that active of a person but want a dog and not much time for excessive walks or stimulation and you just want the companionship of a dog...THIS is your girl. Stormy's is a mature girl but is so much fun and full of nothing but wiggles and love. She takes treats gently and is easy to leash up. Stormy is always eager to just hang out, she is a pretty calm dog. She would do best in an adult only or retired home or one with older kids. Stormy can be adopted separately, but she does have a male dog friend named Max (Heeler Mix) that we are trying to adopt as a Bonded Pair if you are interested. Maxx

Maxx is a one of a kind dog. He just absolutely LOVES everyone and everything. Good with well mannered dogs, Cats and Kids of all ages. Maxx is not the typical crazy heeler, he's good with being a couch potato or taking an occasional walk. He walks well on a loose leash, has to give hugs and kisses. He is just Happy all the times. Maxx would prefer a quiet home with or without other quiet, well mannered animals. Maxx has a female friend we are trying to adopt as a Bonded Pair (Stormy, smaller senior Pitti) if your interested. Blazer

You really have to meet this guy in person to appreciate how beautiful and loving he really is! Absolutely the best dog. He walks VERY well on leash.
He is a calmer German Shepherd and would do fine with dog savvy kids. Loves a good game of fetch. Will make a great family dog.

Blazer is everything you hope a dog would be he is sweet, affectionate, easy to handle, and full of life.
Not to mention he is also strikingly GORGEOUS!

Goose

Goose is trying to tell you how much you need him in your life...lol.
He is so sweet He walks well on a leash. He is a pretty calm boy; he would make a great family pet. It's not to often you come across an adult GSD that is good with cats, but he IS.
Goose is everything you hope a dog would be he is sweet, affectionate, easy to handle, and full of life.

Tequila

THIS little lady is just the absolute cutest and sweetest dog you would ever want to have in your life.
We just recently got this precious baby into the rescue, so we are still learning about her, but what we do know is she has ZERO issues and is the sweetest most kind dog on the face of the earth.
She is about 4-5mo old.
Follows direction well, she is dog AND cat friendly. Great with kids but like all puppies will need to learn they are not another dog and need to be respected.
Walks well on a leash. Releases toys when asked.
We just cannot say enough about how great she is and for being as young as she is.

She will be spayed before going to her new home. Vaccines are up to date, she is microchipped and crate trained.

Summer

This sweet girl needs a place to call her own.
She has been failed not once but twice by humans that did not understand her or the breed.
Surrendered at only 1yr old, a baby herself with 2 babies to a high kill shelter and then adopted and returned instead of seeking training because she was chasing their goats.
With a Malinois with no training...anything that moves...you chase it...lol.

Gem State stepped in to ensure she did not land on the euth list and had a proper placement the next time. She has made her way to a breed experienced foster who has been helping her to learn house manners and how to have confidence.
Although she will need a quiet place to learn her new home and how to trust them. She has so much potential.
Her ideal home would be an adult only home or one with kids over 10yrs old. Someone with breed experience and some patience. We are looking for a home where she can be the only dog so she can get all the spoiling and attention she so deserves, Once failed and we will make sure that does not happen again.
She is spayed, vaccines current, microchipped & crate trained.

Receive age appropriate DHPP vaccine

Dogs under 5mo old will receive age appropriate Vet care with a Spay/Neuter Contract to be done by 5mo of age.
